A friend of mine wanted to give a gag gift to a friend who she boat races with, she said that her friend was always misplacing her tape measure. She is not a girly girl, moreso really doesn't prefer pink. So I found the brightest pink stones I could find and went to work. We really wanted to get her whole name on the front but it just didn't look right, I decided to just use her initials. Needless to say NO ONE will be walking off with this tape measure! I enjoyed making this and will be adding it to jeweltrinkets line-up!
